TriOs HeAdiN CluB


Went to MOS last nite...
Was kinda relieved with the song the DJs played in the club rather then "ST JAMES" cause the DJs were extremely old skool n suck...
Only the Trios went 4 the club...N thats Me, Wan and Zai...

Went early with Wan to buy the tickets 1st..well u guys/gals know hows the queue there..its Saturday night btw....
After that Zai joined cause he finish his work ard 11..

Went to Md Sultan Rd, to drink at the coffeeshop...
Its kinda long never meet Zai...Abt 3 weeks i guess...We had a long chatting b4 we head back to club...Once reached the club....WOOOAHHH! god damm!! PACKED!!! But somehow we managed to find a space for ourselves to dance....We were at Smoove at first, but it was too packed..After that went to the Main Arena, which was trance songs they having.....Shuffling n shuffling all nite long..The DJ was AWESOME!!! DAMMM!!!.....Wan was a "fanatic-nonstop" shuffler....haha

But still we enjoy the nite even though its just the three of us only......

!!!!SLACKEST DAY AT WORK!!!

It was a Cloudy Saturday morning when i came to work late(ha ha)...
Took a cab to work...
Msg my Staff Seargent that im late for work...

It was Saturday and we all Fireman does not need to do Exercise Drill.
It was a Station Visit Day for all the visitors out there..if u guy/gals wanna come to visit the station..Do Bring your family along to tour around the station and see whats our fireman doing and so on.

There were about two family came to our station to tour around..So we have to give an intro and entertain them..It was freaking SLACKEST DAY AT WORK!!! There were no Fire call..We, the fireman all were like sleeping, chilling, playing soccer, cam whoring for the whole 24hrs...

The funniest part within the 24hrs working was that one of our paramedic, Seargent Joan just came back from her call...She brought a lots of balloons...n I really dont know where she got it...
All the fireman were like grab the balloons...And guessed what!!! Hahahaha
We were like untied the balloons and suck the air-as you know it was a helium gas..
Our voice thoroughly changed and we were making fools n fun of ourselves singing n talking crapss.....hahaha..

As i told you it was a SLACKEST DAY AT WORK!!! ...n we Fireman does not know what to do...

Wooohooohooo.....Yes YEs!!! im back at gym.....
Its time to workout back....

Wow..its been like 2 months plus(i guess) never been working out on my body cos due to rashes on my face n i cant get sweat n all sensitive stuff....
Well, so far my face back to normal haha...
Yesterday was the 1st time go gym at station throughout the 2 months ...i was like kinda lazy at 1st..But in the end, get some motivation from my friend, Ridzuan...Then i go...Do some reps n sets on my arms n stomach....The next day which is today morning, i had a terrible ache on my stomach n arms. I was enduring the pain lor..Cant take it!! Dun wanna show my cramp face-lookin to all fellows friends at station....hahaha...

But i think i really really need to workout back and get my lean cutting body back...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM!!!!!

Had a small celebration with my family juz now...
My cuzins all came to my house juz to celebrate my mum's birthday...Tanx cuzins!! Appreciate it alotz... We sang a birthday song to my mum loudly... I think im the loudest amongst all...hahaha.. Bought my mum's favourite cake Mango....and im happy to see her happy... Happy Birthday MUM!!...love you lotzzzzzzzz..... Here are some of the pictures...:)
